Question about Motorola Mobility i833
Sounds like its time to put the thing out of its missery??lol You see the problem with fixing cell phones is the cost of replaceing boards as if you can get them that the only way to replace parts and sounds like you would need the button assy pcb the amplifyer with earpeice/speaker and the lcd display assy. This would wind up to a hefty 150 to 170 bucks for the parts alone not including labor and at 35 to 45 an hour it would be not worth repair as you can buy another GOOD phone for just a few bucks more. Good Luck and sorry to tell ya the way that electronics have gone. Its almost a disposable world these days.

This phone I hate to tell you isn't worth throwing out, you see it cost $700.00 brand new and is the rarest and nicest phone out there with real diamonds. You really need to come up with a better solution to fix this phone. I am sure through major searching someone will have these parts and knowledge to fix it and not at the rate you are speaking of. Infinity cells fixes most obsolete phones now for a flat rate of 65 bucks...just FYI!
