My photocopy machine cannon ir 2018 does not work and it show there is error which is e 007

Fixing film assembly may need to be replaced if error cannot be cleared. Fixing error codes should be reset by a professional only. Fuser assembly must be examined before resetting the E000, E001, E003 and E007 codes. Enter the service mode this way: Press "Additional Function" key, Press "2" and "8" simultaneously, press "Additional Function" key again. Go to COPIER----FUNCTIONS-----CLEAR----ERR. Here your tech can reset the error codes. Then turn machine off & on again.

When you changed the fuser did you put the green lever from the old on to the new? That can also cause a 007.

this is error for fixing film rotation. There is no reset code, you need to replace fixing film in fixing unit, Fixing unit is located under left sideway door above drum unit ( green roller ).

you mus to replace a new.
when you gonna replace it is must be more careful.
if doesn't. the lifetime of film fixing is short.

change the fuser film open the fixing unit and tyr to aply silicon grease on the on the fuser film

its a fixing film problem, your fixing film is not spining properly maybe its paper jammed inside try to clean paper jam carefully else you order new fixing film from canon
