PICTURE TROUBLE ON SONY TV ..KV-27FS12

THE PICTURE OF MY TELEVISION SONY HAVE A LITTLE PROBLEME....IT MAKE A BOWED PICTURE ON RIGHT SIDE AND IT HAVE THE PICTURE FLIPPING OVER ON THE LEFT NOT THE ENTIRE PICTURE BUT ON THE 1/4OF IT OTHER WISE EVERITHING IS OK GOOD RECEPTION OF CHANELS GOOD SOUND I REPLACE A CONDENSER C510 AND THAT IS WHERE I AM CAN YOU GIVE ME A HAND THANK YOU

Why did you replace the cap?? was it bad?? what did you replace it with?? what was the problem before you replaced the cap??and when you say flipped over do you mean verticaly fliped ot horizontal??

Most sony tubes bow in the corners, they just arent built that well

When i try to turn on my sony kv-27fs12 keep turn off and blink 4 time a red led make a pause and keep blinking 4 times, what that could be?
Four blinks - No vertical Deflection (V STOP), Screen goes to a single horizontal line then the video signal muted. Check IC1509, Q1505
Vertical sweep failure. Check all the solder terminals to vertical output IC. If it do not help, replace that IC.

No Power Sony KV-27FS12
IF the unit is completely dead (no standby light at all) then teh main fuse is most likely open. Try replacing that first. If the stnadby light is on, then when you attempt to turn it on, the light shouild blink. If so, the blinking should be a repeated count with a short pause between sequences. Post that count here as it will indicate what circuit has the problem. We will continue from there.

Menu won't show.
sounds actually like it has had weather damage, sometimes water can get into a place it shouldnt on a tv, not shorting it out, but instead messing up in your case the numbers or menu screen, so i'd say it is best to take it to tyour nearest recycler, hope this helps.......jason

PIP for Sony KV-27XBR45 television trouble shooting
If you have the original remote for this TV on the pip menu (left side slider on remote all the way up) there is a pip off button. If you unplug the unit long enough it should go back to normal. If you go into demo mode and then exit mode you will again be out of the pip. With out the original remote you cannot easily turn pip off.
