Today my brother received 2 txts, supposedly from me, both similar saying "hope you feel calmer, had a great night last night, you need to go to Specsavers". and sender was Mary Cheney - but without my no.
He is a very ill person and was most upset by this, and so am I as the txts did NOT come from me. I've contacted Specsavers and they are not responsible. PLEASE can you explain this situation as soon as possible. My brother lives 200 miles away from me and finds speaking, and texting now impossible - so his wife deals with this. It has been a most upsetting morning for all.
I realise you need my brother's no. which I feel reluctant to share - so if possible can it be searched without? I am an Orange user.

You are a victim of spoofing.. There are many ways to send fake text messages from anyone's number. Just search the internet for sms spoof and you will know

Hope this helps. As I did get to look at it, the carriage is set up very similar to their plastic KX350 machine, so the levers on the side will be the same but will be more sturdier than the plastic bed.
Zone 2 has been switched to "EXT" in the setup menu. Switch it to "Amp" or "Int" and it should be fine. It thinks you are using an external amplifier. If you need further help, post a reply and I will help you further. Hope this does the trick for you!
You have a defective touch pad(stuck button) probably from the surge that happened last night. to access this you will need to disconnect power and remove the back upper panel. Usually four screw hold on the board. Make sure when you are changing the board swap wire for wire to ensure correct install.
