Hi I have had this problem and found water in the bottom tray had activated the float switch, this happened because the door was opened after the wash cycle had started
You have a warranty, call the seller and ask how to use the limited warranty you have on the machine. As long as you didn't do something to the machine, they will usually just give you a different one to save on service calls in the long run, just get an exchange, I don't see any reason they won't do it.
