Re: printer refuses to print
First off if you recently replaced the ink cartrages make sure you took off the blue or clear plastic strips on the cartrage. if you did then clean the copper looking contacts with a lttle alcahol when the units unplugged. Then let dry reinstall cartriages and try again >If that dosent help Im afraid the printer is not worth what it would take to repair.Good luck (unless its under a warrantee)

There could a lot of possible things happening right now. For one you could have a previous job that didn't finish. So delete all jobs from the print queue. Then go to control panel and go into printers and faxes. Make sure that the printer you are trying to use is set to the default and is ready. Then try and print to that printer again and double check when printing to make sure your printing to the correct printer. If you still need further assistance let me know. thank you, Lee
Go to Control Panel, Printers and Faxes, Cancel any pending document on your Kodak Printer, then delete all kodak icons.
Turn off the printer, Unplug and Replug the USB cable, then turn on the printer. If nothing happens..
Click Start then select Run
Type the word "net stop spooler" then "net start spooler"
Then unplug and replug the printer while its on.
