How do i turn off the headset symbol on my motorola bq50 straighttalk phone?

What is the FCC ID? Starts with IHDT and is printed on phone. Or go to Motorola Support Find Answers Motorola Mobility Inc then check the Don't know option and then search for reset instructions. BQ50 is the battery not the phone model.

BQ50 is your battery. Can you look at your label under your battery? It should say the model like w376 or something similar.
