Hi F24
is a water temperature sensor error. You have to unplug the washer and check
the water temperature sensor and its connections, if that is fine then check
the resistance of the heating element and the part that is bad should be
replaced. Hope this helps...please post back for further

If it's not the temperature sensor. Check the wires that plug into the sensor mine were wrapped so tight with a tie wrap that after whole it snapped one of the wires .. easy fix .. but took hours to figure it out check wires and connections first .

Take off the lower panel of your washer and under this panel on the back of panel is a book which tells you what the error codes are and how to fix them or test for them. It looks like a tempature sensor code to me.

F24 indicates a water temperature sensor error. If during the wash cycle in the water-heating step, the water temperature sensor (NTC) value is out of range the F24 error code will display.
