Screen lookes like colores separating

Convergence IC's are bad also maybe pico fuses that supply B+ to the IC's.

I would look for dry joints and poor plug socket connections around the line output section.
Mind your fingers!!!!!

This is a very common failure on Projection sets. Its called a convergence problem.
You may have one or more of the following symptoms.
Screen looks 3D
Colors don't line up
One or more colors can't be adjusted when using the convergence menu.
Screen is bowed or warped.
No Audio / No Video - Makes Chirping Sounds

converence power supply board is the most likely problem

That repair only repairs the issue of the convergence option missing from the on screen menu. If thats what your problem is then the ITC222A convergence option missing repair kit at the following link should repair the issue. The kit contains the fl231, DL231, CL230 and the CD with detailed instructions.

Hi there, this is what we call in the industry convergence board failure. this board regulate the rgb and keeps everything in order so the picture looks nice and clean. when this board starts to malfunction, what you are witnessing is usually the result. I suggest repairing this convergence board. this will fix the 3-d effect.

Here's all I find regarding bad convergence from the techrepairCD:
RCA ~ITC222 D52W20~Convergence bad~~~ITC222~Replace leaky DL032 on
deflection board~~~~~~

RCA~D52W20Y ATC221~Convergence goes out/bowed after on for a few
minutes~~~ATC221~Problem may be on the deflection board. Was unable to
pinpoint where in this case.~~~~~~

board~EEPROMS were transferred over to new board~~~IK210 was
defective..transfer the new EEPROM back over.~Remember on these

This is a convergence oroblem. First question is do you have the convergence option in under setup in the customer main menu?... if you dont you may have the very common fl231 fuse problem; i have wrote a article on this under the tips and tricks section. this is a very simple inexpesive repair. If you do have the "convergence option" then you may have to replace one of three cuircit boards

The issue you are having could be caused by your television needing the convergence adjusted. During production your televison has the three picture tubes that are converged to form a single image on the screen. Over time these can come out of adjustment.

I am aware this model number is slightly different than yours, but I own a 47" Mitsubishi and this is the exact procedure we use to do our convergence so I am confident it is fairly universal.

replace fuse looks like cap next to flyback transfomer FL231 it will be the one in the middle.there are 3 of them next to FBT.
