Is this with the built in memory or the sd card?? if its built in then you may have a firmware problem or while you were on the puter you got messing around with files and switched around a few?? ok maybe not . I ask cause i've done it myself and scewed my unit up and the only way I was able to fix it was contact the company and they gave me some software to load and it was all better If you can contact the manufacturer of this unit Im sure they would be able to assist you as I cant really say without hooking up the unit and analizing the data I get back from it.. Well good luck to ya.

Brand new GPX mp3 player will not pair or show up on usb drive

Instruct the computer to search for it. The computer should automatically find it and load drivers, but it should show in Windows Explorer as a volume in the left pane. Where are you looking?

It will only pair with a computer if the computer has Bluetooth and most don't. Pair with a smartphone.

How do I transfer my music to my device? This device is capable of playing MP3 and WMA (4ithout DRM) files. To load files requires a computer with a USB connection and the minimum requirements of Windows XP .
  • Connect the player to the USB cable provided in packaging, and then connect the other end to your computers USB port.
  • Once connection has been made between the device and your computer, a "GPX" drive will appear in the computer directory.
  • Double click on the GPX drive
  • Drag and drop your MP3 files and folders into the Music or playlist folder

How do i down load music off my computer

You connect the mp3 player to your computer via USB, it should show up on your computer as a connected device, from there you should be able to drag and drop music files that are on your computer on to the mp3 player.

My Philips Gogear SA 1356 is not playing though the songs are loaded. It shows 'no files'.

MP3 players can only play music files in mp3 file format.
Google search for free mp3 music files and download them to your computer. Then connect the USB cable that came with your player, connect it to your player and then plug it into the USB port on your computer. The computer will see the player as an external storage device, then copy the mp3 music files to your player.
You can convert your CDs for free and copy them to your MP3 player. Please click on this link and follow my instructions :-

Some, but not all, .JPG files won't display

I have tried three different digital frames with the same problem. I contacted the Help Desk of one manufacturer. He claimed that tthere are several versions of the .jpg format and some would not work with their frame. I had never heard anyone claim that there are different .jpg types and really doubted his explaination but I can't argue with what I am seeing - some work and some don't. I asked the Help Desk how you could tell the difference. He said the only way is that you have to know what computer program originally created the file. Of course, with thousands of photos, that would be impossible. So... I don't have an answer - just a questionable explaination. Sorry I could not be of more help.

Iriver h340 shows no content or does not load properly

Sounds like the battery is dead. Rechargeables only last so long. I'd copy all the content off it, before the battery dies totally, which could make it not work even connected to your computer. Looks like you can get a replacement battery: Iriver h340 Google Search
And here's a video on replacing the battery: How to Replace the iRiver H340 Battery

Cant load songs

the best way for that is to read your manual.

MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS
Windows XP SP1
Windows Media Player 10
Intel Pentium class PC or higher
CD-ROM drive
USB 2.0 port required for hi-speed transfer
CONNECTING AND TRANSFERRING
Connect to your Computer
1. Connect the small USB Cable Connector to the USB port on your computer, and then plug the larger
Cable Dock Connector in to your Sansa c200 port.
2. Once connected to computer, it should be detected by the operating system automatically and is
shown as an additional drive called “Sansa c200”.
SANSA MEDIA CONVERTER
You will need to use Sansa Media Converter to transfer photos to your Sansa c200. Insert your SanDisk
CD and select Sansa Media Converter to install it to your PC. Then you can load your personal photos
onto your Sansa c200 by using Sansa Media Converter.

TRANSFER MUSIC
To transfer music to your Sansa c200:
1. Connect Sansa c200 to the computer.
2. Drag and drop files from your computer to Sansa c200 by using a variety of music software
programs to transfer/synchronize your files.
3. In MTP mode as long as the files are WMA or MP3, they can be dragged into the Media folder.
Otherwise, they can be dragged into the Data folder (these files will not appear on the player).
4. In MSC mode, files/folders can be dragged/copied to the device.

Weird files showing up in the music folder / music not uploading

I am having the same problem. I have tried everything short of a BIG HAMMER. It seems like there should be a way to reformat the thing back to the original out of the box state. I've removed the battery, tried locked file delete utilities, dos commands, you name it, and no change. Next step will be to call Sandisk I guess. What a pain in the keister! Any help appreciated here too!
