The screen won't turn on

Hi, thanks again for taking the time to reply me and keep the interest on it, I'm trying to turn on the screen with not success at all, the only signs that turns on is the erros ico with the wrench on red light when I turn the switch on, so I'm just be wondering where I'm should start the search in order to make the screen turns on, Do you think that have somthing to do with the IOB, or burned fuses on panel source, because I'm bearly noticing that the screen turn a tiny litle light on, but I can't see any letter on it and when I turn it off I can see a little black dots than quickly disappear. Thanks in advance.
