I've upgraded the FW on my LG 47LE5500 and now the TV is not succeeding to start - looping reboot

Ur tv Firmware u upgraded it have corrupted files or the wrong version.Sorry ur main board tv Tuner signal board it have corrupted in it softwares or the wrong version in it CPU programming now.This problems,u cannot be undone or put the old version back.Only can repair by doing replacing a whole refurbish new tv Tuner signal board only now.Tries websites like Shopjimmy.com,Ebay.com to buy a whole refurbish main board tv Tuner signal board for the replacement.

Garmin 1340T boot loop issue. The unit
Hi,

Unfortunately, there isn't an easy solution for the Nuvi owner as it requires a custom piece of firmware to flash the unit to make it at least boot. This problem is often caused during a failed firmware and/or map update.

It sounds like a file was corrupted. Sometimes it is better to connect the unit up to a PC, delete the old map and then proceed to install the new one. There are so many issues with memory space causing failed downloads and corrupted files.

If the map file is missing, the unit will boot-up OK, it will just say "Map data unavailable" but if the map file or associated map files are corrupted, it can cause the unit to crash. Your PC won't recognize the Nuvi because you have the reach the main screen before the data communication mode routines are accessed.

We've had some success in restoring some of these units by flashing a "fix" firmware in "pre-boot mode" that doesn't try to load the map or map associated files. This should then allow the unit to boot. Once the unit boots, Windows will recognize it and then you can copy a map over to it from the PC. Reboot the unit and then flash it with the standard firmware.

Tries tv unplug,replug it back like about an hour later.Than tries go into the tv menu do a resetting to factory setting in every settings on the tv.Than reconnect the Blu Ray player again should work.If not the tv and Blu Ray player softwares main firmware just not compatibles.The only solution is just don't used it on this tv,because if u tries to upgrade the tv firmware or the Blu Ray firmware and u get the wrong upgradable version in the tv or Blu Ray player.That it u in deep ****,than the tv or Blu Ray player well not functions at all or have multiple orperational problems during it playing times.

There is a constatnt high pitch buzzing noise that will not stop, there is no volume coming from the set, just th buzzing.
Sounds like theres a blown resistor on the sound board. When a resistor goes out you get a buzz through the speakers. Most t.v.'s also go into protection mode and shut off after a few secconds. You can take it to a t.v. repair shop. It wont cost as much as it would to buy a new t.v. and they usally warranty their work.

Anyone with this camera please read
FW upgrade is very easy: I have the same problem with the Display (after 8000 pictures) the LCD only works in Panoramic mode (or in remote capture mode when doing a remote capture from PC). In all other modes the camera LCD does not display anything. In order to upgrade the FW just connect the camera to your TV (using the cable that comes with the camera) The TV will the display the menu and you can do the FW upgrade. I upgraded the camera this way to FW 1.01 but unfortunatly the display problem still exists.

I replaced my power circuit board, it cost me 100, it didn't fix the problem. The only other thing to replace is the main board. Then I noticed someone put a main board into an oven and it fixed the problem. So that what I did, Didn't Have Anything To lose, I couldn't find a main board for my 2 year old TV. IT WORKED. Put it in for 8min at 240f. Let it cool down, installed it and I'm watching TV again, 2 days so far. Keep on posting problems because there's always a solution....cheap electronics, not built like the old days.

my LG 47le5500 turns on but wont adjust volume, channel, power or anything. From thr remote or tv. Dont have money to get fixed. Can i fix it? Ive unplugged all night and same thing. We can only turn on and off by unplugging. changed batteries in remote but the buttons on tv don't work either. Will work fine sometimes. About 4 hours yesterday and 2 hours this morning. Then it just goes back to the same thing.
