To resolve the issue, please try reseating the fixing assembly. To do so, please follow the instructions below:
1) Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Caution: The fuser unit and surrounding area can become extremely hot during operation. Perform the following procedure after the fuser unit has cooled down completely. Touching the fuser unit when it is still hot may result in burns.
2) Turn the lock release levers located on the back of the machine in the direction of the arrow and release the lock.
3) Hold the grip on the fuser unit and remove itmy printer will not work - skumar_sreen_2.gifads/images/skumar_sreen_2.gif" alt="skumar_sreen_2.gif" class="h_mi" />
Caution: The fuser unit weighs approximately 3.3 lb (1.5 kg), and it is heavier on the back side. Be sure to hold the grip securely when carrying a fuser unit. Dropping the unit may my printer will not work - skumar_sreen_3.gif injuries.
4) Hmy printer will not work - skumar_sreen_4.gife fuser unit and install it securely.
5) Lock thmy printer will not work - skumar_sreen_5.gifrning the two lock release levers in the direction of the arrow.
6) Connect the power cord and all interface cables.
7) Plug the power cord in the wall outlet to turn on the machine.

System error 000 means a fault occured 4 times in a row. You can reset this fault code and the copier should start working again. I assume you had other fault codes before you received this one, otherwise you would of never got the 000 code. To reset this code, you need to go into service mode. I dont have the instructions at this very moment, but I will get them and post them tomorrow.
