PUK lock (Personal Unlocking Key). It's a security feature on most mobile devices that protects your SIM card data and unique for SIM card.
May I suggest that you contact your sim network provider as they are the only one who can provide you the PUK codes. Once you done the PUK unlocking you can use the unlock code.
Call your bank and have your accounts disabled right away. I don't know how to disable your card but the bank might. Call your cell phone provider too and ask about disabling the card. Bank first. Change all your bank card pins and online banking codes too.
You can bring it to a cellphone repair shop and see if they have the software for reopening a blocked sim card. It's just like a cellphone sim card that can be re-opened whenever the sim is blocked. Have a nice day friend . I hope this would solve your sim problem.
If it is a CDMA phone, please contact your service provider and report them as a stolen phone. If you have a GSM phone the service provider can lock your SIM.
Please contact the customer service of your service provider and let them know your SIM card was stolen. They'll block that SIM so that no one can use your SIM card.
Contact your network provider and ask them to block your IMEI number. This will prevent the thief from using another SIM card in your phone. The phone will no longer be able to make calls unless you authorize it to be unblocked.
While you are talking to your network provider, write down the IMEI number of your phone then make a report to the Police. Sometimes stolen phones are recovered and returned if the original owner has reported it stolen.
