I have lenovo windows 7 notebook all the print is in chinese how do i make all print english

Go to the "Start" menu, then choose "Settings," "Control Panel" and "Regional and Language Options."
Click the "Languages" tab, then the "Details" button, the "Settings" tab and the "Add" button.

Choose an input language from the list. You can choose ANY language. For example, if English (US) is the "input language," check the "Keyboard layout/IME" box to select the US-International English keyboard from the list. Click "OK" and close the input window. A language indicator should appear in the System Tray (the area in the bottom right hand corner of the desktop). Switch between input languages by pressing the "Alt" and "Shift" keys simultaneously.

Click "Apply" to finish the process and finalize your choices. You shouldn't need the Windows installation CD for this process.

is this a keyboard problem ? typing in chinese ?

(to fix this in windows 7)

1 - go to control panel

2 - go to region and language

3 - click the keyboard and language tab

4 - click change keyboard

5 - click add on the installed services area



6 - chose English usa or uk depending on the keyboard format. i.e. if the @ is next to the enter button pick english uk or if the @ is the alternate to the 2 pick usa.

7 - change the default input language to English

Buy a copy of Windows 7, and choose "English" when you install.

my dear, the user guide in any language will also have multi lingual options. and now your's is chineese. seek help of any language translator in your place. he can easily do it. or in other end,
you should be knowing the process of removing a operating system from a system . if you want genuine software you have to spend money. if not, then just get back me @ [email protected] so that i can send you the vista pack. its even available with small dealers. servicible charge or some 100 rs will be charged by them. can't you afford that??

If the OS is Windows XP then click on start button > control panel and look for "Regional and Language Options" thne select English from the drop down box.

If the OS is Vista the click the start button and type in "Regional and Language Options" in the search box.

you must go into control panel, click on REGIONAL AND LANGUAGES, then click on the languages tab. make sure to install the US/English language, and make it default languagethen reboot computer.

wat I did was, I installed an elgish version of vista and then used the key given for the chinese vista for registration. Hence, I got both english version of vista and got it licensed too.
