Hello, Unfortunately, since your device (the only that is shown) is not a smart device, there is no practical way of unlocking without going through a very extensive (and risky process). The best option would be to contact Verizon (either in store, or on the phone 1(800)922-0204), for US customers). Typically they can reset the password remotely (often to the last 4 digits of your phone number). From there, you can disable the password in setting (or change it, if desired). Steps to Perform Master Clear

From the main screen, press OK to choose Menu.
Select Settings & Tools then press OK.
Select Phone Settings then press OK.
Select Security.
Enter the phone lock code. The default code is the last 4-digits of the mobile number.
Select Restore Phone then press OK.

If problem still persists, then it is a hardware problem. There is a problem with the phone speaker itself. You should be able to send it back for replacement.
