Yes,this tv it is repairable.This tv it is a Analogue tv have a big back cover (CRT- tube) tv wright?Yes?The tv have a FBT-(Flyback transformer) it is a big black plastic block with a red wire with a black cap hook to the CRT-(tv tube).That FBT-(Flyback tansformer) give the tv High voltages to the tv and causes most of the tv power shutdown problems.Also the outer side of the protection wall of the FBT-(Flyback transformer) there is a big or a small flat "H"-horizontal transistor with a screw onto it top screw tight and solders to the FBT-(Flyback transformer) outer side protection wall.If u have a soldering Iron a roll of solders and know how to do basic soldering works.Just take the tv aparts.Just resolders the FBT-(Flyback transformer) also it the outer side protection wall the "H"-horizontal transistor with a screw onto it top.90-95% will solved tv mishap have power work one day no power and don't work the next day.5% the "H"-horizonal transistor it is dying slowly.Or take the tv to any tvs shops and tell them that.If they're not trying to cheat u and trying to ripping u off.They'll take the tv aparts wright there and resolders the FBT and "H"-transistor for u like $35 or $40 dollars max.The whole jobs don't take more than 20-25 mins max.
