You don't say what type of fryer you have and that will make a huge difference, however you can also just use a deep fat fryer cleaner and boil it out... Depending on the size/model of your fryer, you will add a certain amount of ths product and then turn your thermostat on to high heat in order to make product boil. After it boils/cleans the unit out, you empty it, and rinse several times, and once all the soap residue is gone, add oil back in... If you have a removable pot, then just take it out and wash it in the sink... I do sell this product, in a powder or a gel...If I can help, please call me at 888-542-5959... I start the machine and after 5 seconds give me the 116-324 error code

Thats called an exception error. One of 2 things. Either it needs a complete software upload, or the network control board, called the ESS board has failed.
You can try these steps

This step will delete any print or copy job that is in process, and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 1, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This step will delete all pending print or copy jobs in the job queue, and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 6, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This step will delete all pending print or copy jobs in the IOT job queue (DC 3535: does not delete any job data stored in the Network Controller), initializes the IOT HDD (refer to ADJ 9.8 for details), and will and then perform a reboot. All customer data on the HDD will be deleted.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 4, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

This routine will set all IOT ESS NVM values to default. Do not attempt this procedure unless there is a known-good Machine Settings floppy, an accurate Configuration Report and/or other data that will enable you to reload the correct NVM values for this machine.

This step will initialize the IOT ESS NVM (SYS-System and SYS-User) and then perform a reboot.

To execute: simultaneously press and hold the 3, the Stop, and the Power Save buttons on the Control Panel while switching on the power. Hold the buttons down until the boot up screen (5 circles) appears and the second circle starts to blink.

The last one IOT ESS NVM will clear all your netrowk settings.

If these do not work the system software needs reloaded or the ESS network board needs to be replaced.

Panasonic FP-7735 error E7-01

E701 is reported when the controller is unable to communicate with the IOT(image output terminal). The following check might save some further troubles.
1.If the the controller is pretag 2,connect a terminator to the SCSI port marked "HOST"
2.Disconnect the IOT,power up the controller, press the reset switch on the controller board and allow reset cycle to complete, power down, reconnect, insert floppy firmware, power up.
3.Down grade to firmware 2.7
4.Check PSU +5V and +12V at the pcb.
5.Check HD drive present on the config printout.
6.Check reset switch if not stuck in on controller.
7.Check controller to IOT cable in good condition.
8.Replaced the flash SIMMs
And lastly if all the above fail to cure the fault then replaced the controller board.
