You will need to order a fuser and replace it or call a service tech who can. The problem is that the electronics on the fuser have actually burned out, so that is why the whole fuser needs to be replaced.

But, i have changed it with another fuser, still the same thing

Now I am wondering if the fuser you put in was any good to begin with. Could also be the low voltage power supply. If I was you I would try upgrading the firmware first

I have a HP LaserJet 6040 with this error message 59.30

59.30 means that the fuser motor experienced a start up error.
If power cycling the printer won't clear the error you probably need a tech to troubleshoot and/or replace the motor.

The hp colour laserjet cm6040mfp is displaying error 50.0 fuser error. pls i need ur assistance on it.

> FUSER ERROR

The FUSER is the part of any dry-ink laser-printer. It heats up, and melts the dry-ink onto the paper.

So, an ERROR indicates that the fuser is NOT reaching its "working" temperature.

Replace the FUSER, or take the printer to a qualified technician for remediation.

50.A FUSER ERROR

The "FUSER" unit uses heat to melt the dry toner-ink into the paper, to permanently lock the ink into place.

So, a "FUSER ERROR" means that it is not heating-up to the required temperate.

Contact your local HP office, and get them to dispatch a service technician to come to your office to make repairs.
