you could try resarting your computer to see it recognizes the usb devices. You normally should'nt have to do this. make sure ports are not filled with lint, dust etc. You might have blow them out with a handy air in can. They should be clean if theses devives are always plugged . The above link is the sakar website for possible warranty claims. It does not look as though there any type of driver downloads. If the devices where working fine and are now acting up driver should'nt be the issue.
I have found that with my little ones they tend to be a little harder on stuf and tend to break the wires.\hope this helps
According to them, your operating system isn't supported, although for the life of me I cannot see why.
Here are the supported operating systems: System Requirements:
--Windows 98SE, ME, 2000, XP or Vista
--Mac OS X (10.1 or higher)
--One available USB port
I did some more searching, and discovered that apparently Sakar produced a Vista driver for this camera shortly after I gave up on it last year. (Their support staff said they would notify me if a Vista driver became available, but oh well.)
In any case, there is now a Vista driver for the Crayola camera available on the Sakar website: http://www.sakar.com/p-203.aspx
