I have a eddie bauer carseat model number 22-240-MDI which has a recall for the straps. How do I get the replacement part?

Hi, on the reverse side of the seat is a strap that is fastened by a clasp. By squeezing the clasp, you allow the straps to pass through the clasp, and adjust the strap length. By doing this the angle of the seat can be adjusted
