Ge washer overflowing/not rinsing or wringing well
My ge top load washer is seven years old. About a year ago it started leaking from "somewhere"
in auto soak mode. We stoped using auto soak and no problems till now. It is leaking out of the bottom of the overflow tube and is not rinsing suds out of the tub or wringing the water out of the clothes that well. I am glad to find this sight and hope you can help soon. If I dont get this fixxed soon I'll have to buy a new machine.
I sure would rather order parts from some that can tell me what I need. thanks for your help

pressure switch is busted that controls the water stopping. no rinse or spin could be a couple of things main pcb or gearbox either way its expensive to fix i would be saving for a new one if i were you. there is a whirlpool commercial 7.5kg top load washer on the market its made in the usa this is the best machine for a family of seven i have this machine at my place (family of six) its a beast they have been making them the same way for 40 years and they last over 20 years they rust before they break.
pop the front panel you can do this with a putty knife. where the top is 2 inches down you will see a creas use a flash light you will see the 2 clips push in on the clips and pull out you will be able to access where the tub is to see where the leak is comeing from
