I can't help you, but perhaps ifixit dot com com. There you find manuals and videos about how to repair lots of electronics. They even can deliver special tools and spare parts. Sigma makes their lenses with a variety of lens mounts. If your lens has a Sony mount then yes, it will fit your a330. If has, say, a Canon mount, then no, it will not fit.

The only change you can make in the shutter speed is to choose how long you want the shutter to stay open for long time exposures. If you want to make changes to things like shutter, aperture, etc. you need a much more expensive camera or even a DSLR.

You can't manually change the shutter speed. It does change on its own when you change modes. If you want more control over shutter speed and aperture, you need to step up to a DSLR camera.
