It doesn't appear that BIO Star created drivers for vista/7 that I can tellhttp://www.biostar-usa.com/mbdownloads.asp?model=P4M890-M7%20PCI-E

Try the top one from the link above with XP/64 under the OS column the 64 may indicate Vista which in a lot of cases will also work on Windows 7

You'll need to clear the bios back to its default settings. There sre five versions of motherboards.
See the list below;
P4M890-M7 TE 7.x
P4M890-M7 SE 7.x
P4M890-M7 PCI-E 7.1
P4M890-M7 PCI-E 7.0
P4M890-M7 FE 7.x
I'll guide you using the manual for P4M890-M7 FE 7.x
Turn to page 17 and follow the instruction to clear the cmos. Open page 6 for a closer look of the JCMOS location. Once finished you will need to enter the bios and re-setup the settings. This time around try not to over clock the memory.
