I need the English instructions for the Utilitech timer #0144506

I found a Utilitech timer at Lowes with the item number #0144506. The Utilitech model number for this timer is UTTNID001. If this is the correct timer, the manual is on the product page: https://www.lowes.com/pd/Utilitech-15-Amp-1-Outlet-Digital-Residential-Plug-in-Lighting-Timer/4740850 . Scroll down and expand the Guides & Documents section. The direct link is currently: http://pdf.lowes.com/useandcareguides/054732817825_use.pdf .

I hope this helps.

Utilitech 2 outlet timer - 0155671

No.
Each outlet has same on-off programming.
Utilitec does not make 2-channel timer.... and neither does any other consumer timer company... unless you buy a box timer like Intermatic ET 1100 or 1800 series etc 2-4-6-8-12 channel timers.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Intermatic-timers-and-manuals.html#ET-series

To have 2 different programs from same outlet, then buy 2 bar timers that both fit same outlet, and then program each to suit need.
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#bar

Many bar timers are 24-hour instead of 7-day.

I still can't program my timer

I don't have a repair for defective timer.
Question posted under Woods 59377; Utilitec 155671, Westek TE06 7-day digital timer.

Open following link for written instructions
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-program-Utilitec-0155671.html

This is an incandescent timer, and is not rated for TV, CFL, motors etc.
If instructions are confusing, add a comment about specific part of instructions.

If timer has problems, then test outlet with circuit analyzer
If timer is defective, then buy another identical timer at Lowes or Target, and return defective timer in new package.
If you have different timer, then add a comment and describe the timer for possible help.

Indoor timer 0155671 it wont turn on or off after programing

Utilitec 0155671 7-day digital programmable timer is sold under different brand names and numbers
http://waterheatertimer.org/Woods-timers-and-manuals.html#59377
Read instructions on following link.
http://waterheatertimer.org/How-to-program-Utilitec-0155671.html

There are 7 general things to look for if digital timer is not working correctly.
1) 0155671 timer is considered incandescent light bulb timer (tungsten) and not necessarily made for motors loads, TVs, CFLs etc. Try using timer on table lamp with incandescent bulb. Turn lamp ON, and make sure bulb is good.
2) Outlet is wired wrong: test outlet with circuit analyzer, and try timer on another outlet, and with different load. For example if outlet polarity is reversed, or if load has interference.
3) Timer is programmed for ON times but not for OFF times.
4) Programming has conflicts, for example program1 ON is for 8am Mon but program1 OFF is for 11am all-days-of-week.
Or program1 and program2 ON-and-OFF times conflict.
5) Timer is not set in AUTO mode, and timer is in random or countdown mode.
6) Timer is defective: 6-8% of all timers arrive defective.
7) If timer is older, the internal battery may be fading. Battery is not replaceable. These timers have 1 year limited warranty.
