Hello sounds like the drum is stuck probebly the pole is cloged with hair and stuff if you have the skill open the machine and clean all while your at it look for the belt from the motor check her condition - bad? - install a new 1 there is a stretching unit for the belt 1) relese the bolt of this unit and change the belts 2) pull and stretch the new belt and then close the bolt good luck

My washer is leaving clothes wet after spin cycle, spin cycle is very weak.

It's possible neither the machine isn't spinning fast enough, which could be the brushes on the drum motor. Or there could be something either blocking the drain pipework or snagging the drain pump impeller

Fast spin not working. drum going round and draining but not spinning. Help!!!!

Possible there is no drive voltage to the motor at this point of cycle, could be due to fault in the controller unit.
Need to check the voltage on the unit to confirm this case as the drain gets connected..

Have a look for coins etc stuck in the drain pump or the tub outlet hoses especially where they fit onto the tub. If a coin or other foreign material blocks the water flow when draining , these machines wont spin properly.

Sounds like your motor is faulty. It has a built in tachometer or rev counter and if it goes faulty then the motor spins up as though it is on a spin. I'm afraid you may have to change the motor. Not a hard job but it is expensive. Just need to remove back panel or tip machine back or on its side and remove screws holding it. Hope this helps

If water remains in the drum after the drain cycle, the unit will not go into the spin cycle. There may be a couple of reasons for your problem.
Make sure the drain hose is raised above the machine hose outlet to create a siphon effect. The drain hose needs to have a loop in it to work correctly. You can tie a string around the hose and hook it on the water valve creating a loop in the hose. Raise the loop of the drain hose so the top of the loop height is at the center of the washer drum.
