The pictures can be placed onto an SD card from the computer then put into the phone or you could attach the pictures to an email send them to yourself and then check your email on your phone and save the pictures
Dear friend please note that there is a variation while loading pictures in to phone from pc..... there will some internal adjustments and some soft wares to reduce the resolutions, sounds etc., which are related to phone from pc.... vice-versa....Basing on such lack of conversion from pc to phone and phone to pc you may face some problems with memory card...........
Connect your phone to your pc using the cable you got with your phone.From the menu that appears select which program you want to load your pictures to your pc. Once loaded you can then select which pictures you want to download to your pc. Remember to Click on " Safely Remove Hardware"before you remove the cable.Ho[pe this helps you.

go to Tools (bottom centre) scroll to #8 -- USB Mass memory device Plug in the "official" cable Ignore the computer's complaint that it can't find the software Press OK on the #8 "connect" option Your phone screen will go blank shortly
Give the computer a moment and it will tell you it's found a new memory device and will show you the contacts. You can copy to and from the memory card -- pictures will be in my_pictures, etc.
When you're finished, press OK to disconnect the phone -- then unplug the cable.
you need to load the software the came with the phone then transfer the software on the pc then transfer the photos to the pc then copy the to a flash drive or a cd.
