I have an Haier Portable DVD 2/7" TFT LCD Monitor with an Haier Battery PBAT-118. I can't open the Haier Battery Pack PBAT-118 to insert new batteries so that I can play my Haier Portable DVD without plugging it in the wall. Electricity might go out and wanted to make sure I could use my Haier Portable DVD just in case. Please let me know. Thanks! Debra

well there is no easy way. You will have to open the machine up when you have ordered the parts you needed. Not to hard but make sure you keep you eye on the sequence how you pull it apart.

Hey, I just had this problem with a Sanyo battery pack (and i thought it was the non-sanyo Li battery) and noticed it wasn't getting warm even 2 hours after "charging" and the red light was flashing - so i turned it off, disconnected the cable from the charger and realised it could go the other way, so tried that AND IT WORKED! i don't know what that cable is called, the 2-prong black cable, but give that a go (turn off in between!).

have same problem with canon sd10. bought new battery and new charger, THIS IS A CANON HARDWARE PROBLEM I assure you

are you using NiMh rechargeable batteries?
If yes, check that they are fully charged. If that doesn't do the trick, sounds like it might be a power circuit issue. Samsung is in Secaucus, NJ
