Have you tried to format it? When I had trouble with my mp3 player reading the memory, I went into "My Computer" right clicked on the mp3 player drive and formated (not a quick format, but it may work too). :-) Now it reads my SD cards too...

The entire Insignia line of mp3 players are being revamped, upgraded, all new firmware, for the summer of 2008. An insider told me that the new players will be COMPLETELY Itunes compatible, right down to being able to sync with your playlists!!! No more stupid Rhapsody, which is used by maybe .000000000000000000000001% of the world.

The insider said that Best Buy has struck a deal with Apple to become the first Non-Ipod mp3 player to be able to utilize Itunes fully!

I can't wait, since the previous version of this player sucked more than a blackhole at a fireworks show!

Comon Insignia, show us a better product already!!!!!!!!!

Check with another computer. If problem solved then its a software/compatibility issue, if not then your player is faulty and you should consult the shop where you bought it. You can also check if your computer gives the same error when inserting other disc on key type devices. Good luck

Why cant i put my videos on my walk man mp3

1. It could be the file format of the videos that you are trying to save into your MP3 player is not supported.

2. You have to make sure that you have enough memory space in your player. If the file size of the video is bigger than the free memory space, it will not allow you to transfer the video file.

You need to refer to the user manual to see what are the file format that the MP3 could support and how are you going to check the available memory space

Hope this helps!

Lexar LDP-400 MP3 player (128MB capacity

Formatting the Disk maybe solve it. But if the disk itself is working. Go to Start-> Run -> type "cmd" -> format F: then press "y" and another "y" if it asks you again if the system couldn't read the drive itself. Then this means that your storage on the MP3 Player (that shows as F on your computer) is now broken.
