If you removed the old one, all you need to do, is match the connection of the wire(s) to the old Igniter Module. There should only be one or two wires.

If you have misplaced your Owner;s Manual, I have provided a link.to it, that you can download & print for future reference. http://www.appliancefactoryparts.com/content/pdfs/126280-1.pdf

I hope this helps you and thanks for choosing FixYa. Happy Grilling!!

Has Patio II for Grills gone out of business? Need to replace our burner in ours. Any idea of where to get parts other than maybe ebay? Thank you so much

Assuming you are talking about the TEC Patio II grill. it is made by the Thermal Engineering Corporation of Columbia South Carolina http://www.tecinfrared.com/home.php. the burners are sold as complete replacment parts as well as pieces of the burner sold seperately. It has a ceramic insert as part of the infrared burner. You may replace just that portion if that is all that is bad. if this has failed on your grill I would highly suggest spraying the four bolts that hold it in place (visible from the top of the grill with grates removed) with a penetrating oil several times over several days before attempting to remove them. Mine came out just fine and the grill is 12 years old. I love this grill even though there is a built in 12000 dollar grill on my patio.good luck

The ignitor sparks but the pilot light doesn't light. Can this be fixed? (Tec Patio II Grill)

I have the same problem with my 12 year old Tech Patio II. Have you found a solution? I will call the manufacturer myself to see if they can help. They are most helpful.
