Hi,

This is a Common Error Message on this Model. This Refers to :-

Oven Temperature Sensor, Upper Oven.

You need to replace the Oven Temperature Sensor. On Most Models, it is inside the Oven in the Upper Corner.Once Replaced, this would fix the problem.

D5 means blocked coin 1 or coin drop control circuit failure, coin recognition and price display disabled while blockage persists.

check the loose blower wheel and lint in the filter housing phenom associated with these dryers. The operator coils will get hot and quit and cool down after several hours and work again making it imposible to pinpoint a solution. Replace those coils. $20 bucks.

Mine had a fried control board. $150.00 for the part, did the work myself. Will not be putting any more money into these Matag Neptune pieces of junk after this. Will buy another brand of washer and dryer.
