Ok, well the good news is prize or NOT it is still covered by a warranty, that's the law, you need to contact your local RCA office, and ask them for a referral to an Authorised service center, and you will be able to make a claim, and in any event, that's where you are going to have to take it to be repaired in any event. The Consumer Act, indicates that anything sold must be of "Merchantable" quality, clearly any unit that fails after less than 24 hours use, falls into that definition. You simply have to find a Dealer, Service center, whatever, and in all fairness, they should take care of it, there may be some costs involved, but usually not.
