Go step by step: 1. maybe you are trying to set a higher resolution then the screen can be 2. its possible that your comp don?t recognize the screen right, check the "display properties" make sure it?s the right model 3. reinstall the drivers. Restart. 4. if its not the software it?s the hardware, try connecting the screen to another computer if it works fine the problem is in the display board . Good luck

Please restart the computer and go to safe mode by tapping F8 key once the system is restarting choose Enable VGA Mode (Windows XP)
choose Enable low resolution Video (Windows Vsita / 7).

Change the display settings to slightly lesser than what the monitor can handle and shut down and restart the computer in normal mode.

Out of range

Try to change the screen resolution and frequency setting of your graphic card.
1. Restart your PC
2. Before getting into splash screen, press F8 frequently
Choose enable VGA mode by pressing up arrow and press Enter, wait until finish loading. Now the display looks bigger, change the screen resolution to best fit to your Monitor (normally 1360X800). DO NOT CLICK OK>go to advance tab> Monitor tab, choose 60Hz for screen refresh rate, NOW you may KLIK OK

For that you need to change screen resolution settings in display property.
When you power up the computer press F8 key 5 to 6 times then you can see safe mode and other menu then enter in "enable vga mode" then go to start menu ->control panel->display->settings.
Change screen resolution to 1024*768 then apply and ok.
Then check.
If you are not able to enter in enable vga mode then enter in safe mode and uninstall graphic driver then reinstall driver then it will work.
Let me know if you need further assistance.

SCREEN MESSAGE - MODE NOT SUPPORTED

You have set a resolution that is too high or incompatible with your monitor. I assume you are using Windows. Turn the computer on and immediately keep pressing F8 on the keyboard until the 'Windows Advanced Options Menu' appears. Use the Up and Down keys to select 'Enable VGA Mode' Press enter and your screen will work again when windows starts. Now go to the display properties and click 'Advanced' then click the 'Monitor' tab and tick 'Hide modes that this monitor cannot display' OK everthing and now you should be able to adjust the resolution without getting a blank screen again! Good luck and come back to comment soon. Regards
