There are two common problems with Projection TV sets. Problem #1) Convergence Symptoms:

• Screen Looks 3D
• Colors wont align
• Video may look distorted

Problem #2 CRT Fluid has clouded over. Symtoms

• Dull looking video
• White looking video
• Halos around objects
• Red/Orange looking video

is it nothing on the screen at all? if so your projector bulb blew. they usually cost a coupole hundred bucks

the convergence IC's need to be replaced ( stk's ) to fix this problem along with testing of resistors on these IC's

You have a convergence chip problem. You need to get a kit from www.TvRepairKits.com.

Note: The longer you run your set with a convergence problem the more problems you will have. Turn it off and get it fixed. 

thats a common problem with all projection tvs. You will need to replace both convergence Ics and 4 resistors. You will need two STK392-120 Convergence ICs and four 6.8 ohm 1watt resistors. you need to replace both convergence Ics. Post the model number of your set and I will post the correct IC numbers as well as alink where you can get replacements with free instalation instructions. Respond to this same post so I will have access to your symptoms when you post the nodel number.

You have a convergence problem. Here are some of the most common symptoms. 

Screen looks 3D
One or more colors can't be adjusted when when using the convergence menu. 
Screen is bowed in but stationary.

Solution: 
You need to replace the convergence chips and convergence resistors. Check the site www.TvRepairKits.com. They have put together a kit for your exact model. The kit inlcludes a photo instruction guide, original Sanyo STK chips, convergence resistors, etc. Everything you need to fix it yourself. Its an easy fix. 

Do you want a convergence board? I think it is the SSA module. You can get a new one from partstore.com or I have a used module from a scrap unit.

Each color (red,green & blue) has an amplifier IC (STK-).
When there is a convergence issue,the first step is change both
IC's for reliability. Then check for open fuses devices,usually
pico fuses.Then re-check convergence alignment.......T.
