We have had all 3 guns replaced and now have a blue shadow problem. The shadow appears most often when a very light subject is next to a very dark background or vice versa. After guns replaced the entire picture was very dim and the repair person took it back and realigned it. The brightness is better, but now we have the blue shadow problem. The repair person now says it is possibly a problem with the tuner. Does that sound right? Any recommendations for a repair person in the Houston area?
