Opengl driver

Programs that need software such as this usually come with a copy on the disc. If you want the software go to the OpenGL website (it is at version 4.3 now, so you should be able to run it.)

How to update OpenGL to 1.3

OpenGL Is typically a library provided by your video card manufacturer, and is integrated heavily into the video card you are running. Try upgrading your video card software (for example, for an nvidia card from nvidia.com ). A new video card may be required to support the feature sets offered by newer versions of OpenGL. (The latest version of OpenGL is 4.0)

I have a nVIDIA RIVA tnt model 64 pro.I have a problem with opengl support. Please tell me how to solve this problem, and where can I download?Tank you and I hope you have answer for this question.

Well... seems like nVidia stopped supporting this card model (together with others). You can try OpenGL support for the card itself booting a Linux Live CD like Slax (v.6). Linux have native support for OpenGL and your card maybe capable of running under it. But problems arise when you are using Windows XP, because the manufacturer has not updated the drivers. You may try to unstall a newer card model, with full XP support.

I cant play hunting unlimited 2008 it says sys_no_graphic

The error you are getting is an OpenGL error.

There are 2 ways to program a game: D3D (direct 3d) from MicroSoft or OpenGL which runs on any platform but isnt as sophisticated as D3D. You also have to pay for a license from MS so alot of budget titles are done in OpenGL.

Assuming you have it installed correctly it is likely a driver issue.

Get the latest driver from Nvidia (it looks like you have the 7300LE)

http://www.nvidia.com/object/winxp64_169.21_whql.html

If that doesnt work , you can try older driver versions until you find one that works. I had to do the same thing to get TimeShift to run.
You can find a list of these here.

http://www.oldapps.com/old_version_nVidia.php

Or here

Opengl drivers needed &'' Q_strncpyz: NULL src '' error

Hi, had similar problem myself, the problems are either you don't have a sufficient graphics or video card or you don't have or are not up to date with OpenGL drivers. The trio 32/64 graphic card is not one that is most likely to run with this game, because i had one for my old machine and came up with exactly the same problem, i will give you OpenGL updates but my solution is get yourself a better graphics card for Quake III Arena

http://www.versiontracker.com/dyn/moreinfo/win/18800 - This is the site for the update, scroll until you see 'Download' should be under Additional Requierments

This is the minimum in Graphics cards that will run with Quake III
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
All 3dfx chips and higher
nVIDIA Riva 128 and 128ZX and higher
Matrox G200 & G400and higher
ATI Rage Pro & Rage128 and higher
nVIDIA Riva TNT and TNT2 and higher
Intel i740and higher
nVIDIA GeForce 256 and higher

Hope This Helps
