Re: transfring account from old xbox to 360
The only thing i can think of is that you may have inputted another credit details in old account. try thinking, maybe something in the card's details has changed since then, and now it doesnt fit the old definitons.

Try every adress you think might be correct. And every password you might think of. When one works, it's your xbox live login and pw.
If you still can't figure out. Search microsoft messages in the inbox of every email adress that you use. When you find a message from Microsoft or Xbox Live, it's the E-mail you used to connect to your account. Just follow the password retrieval procedure from this point.
You can use your Xbox 360 console to find your Microsoft account email address.
From the Home screen, sign in to your Xbox 360 console using your Xbox Live-enabled gamertag.
In the upper-right corner, your Microsoft account email address will appear in rotation with your gamertag.
It's all I can think of right now. I wish you good luck.
You can ask them to send you an e-mail to the e-mail account that is linked to your Xbox. If you don't know or can't get into your e-mail then you have to fill out the Microsoft Account Recovery Form. I posted a link to it below. Good luck.
go to microsoft xbox live account and say forgot password and acount and they will ask you for yoru secrit question and answer and then email you your account and password information, this is what i did to recover my sons, i went to xbox live windows live account, and with his gamer tag i was able to recover account, just tell microsoft your troubles and they will recover it, im sure that will help u,
if you still have your account that's good. First you need to go to where is it says sign in or sign out and then there is another one that says down load and that's where you have to go there and put your user name and password and other question and if an error pops up its because you made a mistake on your question or password
the best thing to do is to go around and try to reset the password by filling out the forgot password form. but then again, your account may not have been hacked. you might have been putting in a wrong password mistakenly and not noticing it or you may just be experiencing some network troubles that are preventing you from signing in. which ever way, you are advised to fill out the forgot password form as quick as possible before any further changes are made to your account, hope this helped you? please rate
this also happens when you recover you gamer tag too many times, its a safety thing, go to live.com sign in an you will have a message follow the steps to re activate your account, sill i know but it worked for me...
