Printer feeder is not picking up the paper to print. Goes thru the motion like it is going to print but does not oick up the paper in the paper tray????

Please reset your printer ... your printer ink absorber is almost full. Follow the instruction... 1. Turn off printer
2. Hold down Resume button and press Power button.
3. Keep holding down Power button and let Resume button go.
4. Press Resume button 2 times then let BOTH buttons go.
5. Green lights will flash and then stop blinking.
6. When green lights are solid, press the Resume button 4 times.
7. Press the Power button and the printer should turn off, if not, press the Power button once more.
8. Your printer should respond as normal. thanks....

does this happen when printing? or copying? if printing check the fuser, image /drum unit What color is the line replace that image unit, if copying does it happen thru the doc feeder ? if so place on the big glass and make a copy if it goes away the its the doc feeder slit glass that is small glass use by the doc feeder, big glass not used by the doc feeder when copying or scanning

HP designjet 130NR won't pick up paper from the tray.

paper tray lift clutch failure is likely the cause - common for this machine - repair with new feeder assy ordered whole from HP/ or Partsurfer

My printer will not print. it goes thru the motion but nothing prints

The ink-jets that spray the ink onto the paper may be clogged; run a few "print-head-cleaning" cycles. Also, check that you've not run out of ink.

Printer won't print with Hahnemuhle 300gsm papers.

Brand new printer feed up to 350 gsm paper. Rubber paper paper pick up deterioration. Replace paper feeder. Or find similar solution (repairing paper feeder) on aicaxz's for resolving this.

Have you upgraded any software recently? I suggest you go to Dell website, download & install new printer drivers. After all, teh printer just prints what the software tells it.

Paper won't feed into printer

I have taken a piece of cardboard, like the ones you get with a new shirt, size it to 8.5 x 11, and tell the printer to print a test page. hand feed the cardboard thru, and most times it will clean out the residual paper pieces stuck in the internal rollers. I have used this method several times and was successful 99% of the time. It isn't rocket science, but It may work. You will probably have to push the cardboard thru, but do not force it to much. It will not go thru easily on its own. Just a suggestion.

Problem with paper feeder. Replace paper feeder or replace just pick up rubber at paper feeder mechanics. You can add thickness of rubber by adding black double tape (flexible) (about 1mm).

Feeder grabing the paper crooked causing jams and paper unable to go through the feeder smoothly. it stops once the feeder grabs the paper.

set the paper tray size to the size of the paper...if this is ok...clean the pick upo roller with damp cloth and soap water...if this doesnt help ...change the pick up roller..

Printer dock won't print. Says ''no Paper,'' but is full

Normal 0 Driver could be corrupt.
Disconnect the printer or at least be sure it is turned off. I'd do both and reinstall the CD software program that came with the printer. When the software program asks you to connect the printer to the USB port, do so and it should again work properly.
