I have a Vtech dect 6.0 3 handset phone with a digital answering machine that doesn't pick up calls while the phone is in use. The caller ID works, but the caller just gets a busy signal without the option to leave a message on the answering machine. I have the answering machine on which does work when the phone isn't being used. Is there a solution?

To remove "missed calls" on phone, press and hold "OFF" button on handset. This should remove "missed calls" message.
