I'm guessing you're trying to format a new 4GB SDHC card? If so, am sorry to say that your camera was designed before the SDHC format came out. Although it looks exactly the same as a standard SD card, the format the card uses is very different.

You'll need to instead purchase a standard SD card (those that are 2GB or less). Forunately these are very inexpensive these days, with 2GB cards going for around $6 with shipping.

But if you must use 4GB, Transcend makes a 4GB standard SD card, but I can't guarantee that it will work with your camera as anything above 2GB for standard SD may have compliance issues.

I had the same problem. Only solution was to get a new one. Usually gets corrupt when it gets wet, broke, or fried in some way. I took mine to the actual company and they lokked and looked and looked for solution i ended just havin to get a new one. Pretty cheap though. 15 mayne 20$ at the most.

your card may be crupt or virus infected
please format card and turn phone to factory settings then try the card againif not work you have to buy new card.

scan your memory card with an antivirus or else take back up your datas and format your memory card and if still not working .reset phone settings.
