If your computer has media player or anything of that nature that will reconize your mp3 player you can open the program and access your mp3 player and ir you right click on the Sansa icon it should give you the option to format. This will delete everything from your mp3 player.

Thanks for the help in advance, i have two issues if u could plz help me with i have an acer aspire 5315 laptop with 80Gb memory. The thing is this memory is separated into two hard drives, C and D. 1)I...

Disk D is for storing recovery configurations. To see what happened to your memory, go to the root directory C: from your "My Computer" icon. Scroll to the folders in the root. Right click each folder and select "Properties." The drive will add up all the memory being used by that folder. Take notes on what you have and then drill down into the folders that seem to be using more space than they should be. Delete stuff you don't need. Let me know if you have more questions.

Memory is full and cant delete anything, but i havent added anything. had about 1.7 left before this happened

I'm assuming you're using Windows.
First try and format the disk, plug it in, go to "My Computer" right click the device and click "Format." A box will appear, make sure FAT is selected under "File Format."
If that doesn't work, it may be that you deleted some files on your device, but since you never emptied the recycling bin on your computer the device does not recognize that the files are gone. I know this sounds odd, but it has happened to me, and emptying the Recycling Bin did the trick!
I hope this helps!

Try doing a complete formatting again.

If that does not work, delete partition and try doing formatting with a tool like the one below.
If the software below does not fix the problem, then replace the card.

Lost my memory card Password

You could try and send it to a data recovery center, but I think the only thing that can be done is to reset the memory card (the data is deleted by doing this). I have the device to do it, but as I told you before, it also deletes any data.

My Sansadisk want let me add music to it.

You are attempting to add music to the disk function on your device make sure it is on the mtp function so that all of your memory is avalable. this is done when you dturn it on and then hook up to your computer. You'll figure it out I did the same thing a couple times - Good Luck

PROBLEME OF MEMORY.

My Sandisk Sansa m240 lost all the songs and then I could not delete them. I was able to laod up new songs, but there was no spare memory. I was able to fix this issue by re-formating.

Using windows explorer right click on the "Sandisk sansa M240" and click "format".

Now working OK.
