Try to use other memory or processor which is functional, then insert it to your motherboard, if the problem still exist then maybe the motherboard will be the problem. If motherboard would be the problem try washing it with the use of water and powder soap, then if you have a blower dry it until the water of the board dried or just hung the motherboard and wait atleast 3days before you assemble the parts. NOTE : Remove the cmos battery before you wash the motherboard, because it will cause a broke of your board, or if you have some extra money the safest way is to buy a new one, but first try your old parts into other motherboard which is working, if you confirmed that the motherboard is the problem then thats the time you will do those steps or replace your motherboard.
