Jeep strollers are usually heavy maybe try to get velcro on snack trays for you other stroller I got one on ebay.I know exactly how you feel about you jeep stroller I had one when my 2nd was born and had to take it back to the store,it was a pain.
Not sure if you can take it off but check out the manual online at the evenflo website under replacement parts.Enter your model # and info and you can download or have them send you a manual!
There should be a bar attached right under the handle.. Take that bar out by pulling on the sides of it. Then insert the bar into the holes that are in the stroller where they sit... the seat needs to be reclined. And then you can attach the carseat to that bar and the back should rest on the tray. I hope that helps.
