Can't switch from voicemail to incoming call without losing messages.

Whenever I am checking my messages, and an incoming call comes through, it makes it so the voicemail I was listening to turns into an 'old message' & when there are no 'new' messages left to listen to, you cannot get back into the mailbox. When you push the button for the mailbox, it plays a busy tone. Is there a way to switch to an incoming phone call without losing the message you were currently listening to?

Probably not, but the voice mail extension is still a dialable number. Try 500 or 165 or asking whoever installed it what the extension is.

It will prompt you the same as if you had pressed the MESSAGE button, only there will not be any new messages. You just have to play the OLD messages and you'll hear them.

Hi, my incoming calls are going to messages and volume on incomings calls is very low

If your incoming calls are going to messages and the volume is lower than usual, it could be due to a problem with the phone settings. Try checking the volume settings on the phone, and make sure the volume is not turned down too low. Additionally, you may need to check the settings for your phone's voicemail, and make sure that your voicemail is not set to kick in after a certain amount of time. If these settings don't help, then you may need to contact your phone's manufacturer for further assistance.

Zeta phone going straight to voicemail

When your iPhone is locked (the screen is off), Do Not Disturb silences all incoming calls, text message notifications, and alerts on your iPhone. Unlike silent mode, Do Not Disturb sends incoming calls straight to voicemail.

Message light flashes continually; some incoming calls can't get through.

You have unheard messages on the voicemail system provided by your telephone company. This system records messages when someone calls while you're already on the phone. Please contact your telephone company for instructions on accessing their voicemail system.

As for incoming calls, are they possibly going to the aforementioned voicemail system?"
