How do i change programed number

Hello Ms Nelling,

You can change the programmed numbers by simply programming new numbers on the saved position.
Press the MENU/SET button and select FAX \ Setup Quick Dial and then choose whether you want to program a speed dial or a one touch button.
If you had previously programmed a 1 touch on button 3, just select that 1-touch and it will ask you if you wish to change the current settings.

How do I program my fax numbers?

Hello,

You can program your fax number by going into the menu, go to initial setup and then station ID.
The station I{ will save your name and fax number (you do not need to put either one if you do not want to).

When we use the Speed Dial button on our Canon L80 FAX it scans the page and then tries to send but goes into a loop where the LED flashes between AUTO REDIAL and the Job number. - The only way to get out...

make sure the nr is programmed okay!Say u need to dail a number like 0 to open the line u need to program it that way!Good Luck!

How to delete and program in speed numbers for fax

Create speed dial entries for fax numbers that you use frequently. The number of speed dial entries you can set up depends on the HP device. For more information, see the specifications for the HP device.

To manually create a speed dial entry 1 In the HP Solution Center, click Settings, point to Fax Settings and Setup, and then click Fax Speed Dial Settings. 2 Click New Entry. 3 In the Speed Dial Settings - New Entry dialog box, type a name and fax number, and then click OK. 4 In the Speed Dial Settings dialog box, click Save. The entry is stored on the HP device.
Note If you are creating a speed dial entry for a networked HP device and you are unable to save the entry, another user on the network might have accessed the same speed dial. Wait a few minutes and try to save the entry again.

Trying to change a fax number in memory

To change info:
"user tools" (ok)
"fax features" (ok)
"general settings /Adjust" (ok)
"program fax info" (ok)

...then set name, number, etc.
"user tools" to exit

To print speed dials:

"user tools " (ok)
"fax features" (ok)
"reports / lists" (ok)
"dial list" (ok)
"Quick dial list" or "speed dial list", etc (ok)
"user tools" to exit

.......and proceed to make the changes as you wish

I'm not sure which key is used on that model but look for a key that says one of these: menu/user settings/reports/program.

what you are really trying to do is get to your reports programming section, then select tx report, then choose print tx report and will fix your problem, you may want to change you fax number if that number changed also.

Register Fax dstinations:

Press User tools/counter button
Select System settings using the up and down arrows then press Ok
Select Key Operator Tools using arrows then press Ok
Select Address book Management using arrows then press Ok
Select Program/change using arrows then press Ok
Enter the registration number or Quick dial key, then OK
Enter user (destination) name using Quick dial keys - OK
Press Dest.
Press Fax settings using arrows then OK
Enter the fax number then press OK

The "Programmed" message appears, and then the "Address book" display returns.
Press the User Tools/Counter button.
