Why as my tv got a very bad base sound

There could be a few reasons why your TV is producing a bad bass sound. Firstly, it could be an issue with the TV's built-in speakers. If the speakers are low-quality or damaged, it could result in distorted or exaggerated bass. In this case, you could try connecting external speakers or a soundbar to your TV to see if the sound quality improves. Another possibility is that the bass sound is being amplified by the room in which the TV is located. If the room has hard surfaces such as walls, floors, and furniture, it could create an echo effect that emphasizes the bass frequencies. In this case, adding soft furnishings or rugs to the room can help to absorb the sound and reduce the bass. Lastly, if you have any external audio devices connected to your TV, such as a sound system or a gaming console, they may have their own bass settings that are affecting the TV's sound. Check the settings of any connected devices to see if they have a bass boost feature that could be causing the issue.

I need to adjust bass and treble on the 65uk 7500 model

  1. Turn on your LG 65UK7500 TV and ensure it is connected to a video source.
  2. Press the "Settings" button on your TV remote. It is usually represented by a gear or cog icon.
  3. Use the arrow buttons on the remote to navigate to the "Sound" or "Audio" settings. Press the "OK" or "Enter" button to access the sound settings.
  4. In the sound settings menu, you should find options for adjusting various sound parameters, including bass and treble. Look for options like "Equalizer," "Audio Settings," or "Sound Mode."
  5. Select the option that allows you to adjust the bass and treble settings. It may be labeled as "Bass" or "Treble."
  6. Use the arrow buttons on the remote to increase or decrease the levels of bass and treble according to your preference. Some TVs may use numerical values, while others use a graphical representation.
  7. Once you have adjusted the bass and treble settings to your liking, press the "OK" or "Enter" button to save the changes.

What is wrong? my active bass whether i put a new battery in or not sounds passive no change whatsoever. quite a bit of the low end is severely missing. Schecter STARGAZER 5 bass.

That bass combines passive EMG pickups with an active preamp (which provides the bass and treble controls). Sounds like you are never getting the preamp to work, and if that is the case there could be numerous reasons...a dead battery...jack wiring that is broken (meaning the battery ground wire is not attached or is grounding out)...likely should see a tech, but that is a good sounding bass when working correctly.

How do i find out what sound card my p.c is using? i'm on windows vista, and need to change the bass and treble level ?

Most laptop sound card do not have a setting for bass and treble.
You can use external powered speakers that have bass and treble settings and connect these speakers to the headphone socket on your laptop.

I can't get any real bass out of this unit. Iv'e gone thru the manual 20 times and I set the "DZE" off, then adjust the bass to max and it made a little difference. But this unit is suposed to...

Hi,
Try to exchange one speaker connections only, unplug connector from speaker and put them + to - and - to + pins.
In my opinion, both speakers are giving out of phase sound that cancels the bass sound, speaker connections should be same phase to get bass sound so just change connecting two wires at any one speaker, that will work.
Thanks.

My Video ipod has poor quality sound. Kinda lacks bass.

If you've messed with the EQ settings and it still sounds horrible you may want to have the jack/hold switch assembly replaced. You can get a jack/hold switch assembly on eBay for around $7 for your model of iPod.

When you touch tone button on your front panel repeatedly, you will get two option for setting bass and trebble, when you select Bass immediatly press your updown Sound field Program Button.
Please note:for better sound if your using Small front speaker keep bass to 0db and select the low frequency through sub woofer and program manually LFE from only Sub woofer and addjust CUT off frequency of Subwoofer to 160 and incase if your bass is not clear put it into rev mode.

Having Trouble Assessing Bass and Treble Controls

Bass and treble can be adjusted via the sound menu only when the z-enhancer is set to off.

To change them while the Z-enhancer is on (B-Boost, Excite, Impact) choose the enhancer mode, then press the play/ent button. You can then use the up/down arrows to adjust bass and treble to -3 to +3

If there is significantly less bass even though the speakers are moving approximately the same as before, you may have one speaker wired out of phase. Disconnect one speaker. If the bass increases, double-check your wiring.
