Monitor goes to black screen after only a few seconds

This a very common for this model, it was so bad that HP had recalled it years ago. Look for cold solder joints on all 4 round inductor, check all four transistors (c5706/5707), the caps.

More likely to be transistors.

Check the solder joints, fuse, transistors (c5706/5707), caps and look at other Dell albums also.

After changing c5707/c5706 transistors its burnt after 10 minute? i have changed its 3 times, pls advise me about actual problem

On E152fpb dell only replace all driver transistor the c5706 or c5707 this 2 types of transistor is not desame one is PNP & NPN so you must be careful of replacing component maybe it will help you

You may have bad fuse, shorted out transistors (c5706/5707), please look here for Dell E series circuits boards:

I have a problem with a Dell e173fp monitor. On power up, the power LED goes green and screen flashes on once very dimmly, then goes black.

Look for shorted out transistors (4) (c5706/5707) in the inverter circuits, this is common problem, post back what you see so we can guide you further.

Look for shorted out transistors (four, c5706/5707) in the inverter backlight transformer driving circuits.

Monitor is black and button blinks

First, check the 4 transistors (c5706/5707) in the inverter transformer driving circuits, then also look for bad caps. See example of failed monitors here:
