How do you clean a PDP-5080HD 50 in HDTV Plasma Television screen?

I have a Pioneer PDP-503CMX with a blown resistor that is labeled R133 too. Here's a pic. Based on the color coding, I think it's a 0.1 ohm resistor.

Check the solenoids if any are blown or raised they need replacing they are normaly black with a cross in center

Sounds like panel fault. Check this site. There is screen shots to many faults that occurs to Plasma displays. Compare them to that of yours, and get confirmed. Pull up older posts there. Check the site with patience. More than 2000 post are there, and all are related to repair help to electronic entertainment and domestic equipment.

the only problem I see is your y-sustain board is bad that need to be replace

There is some over heating problem in you television. there will be two fans inside you television. if any of the fan get faulty then that section of you TV will get over heated and will shut off by itself preventing from further damages. Check the two fans. For that you have to open your TV.
