My MW20FM3 combo has lost the ability to receive a remote signal. Confirmed that the remote itself is functional w/ 2nd with our house. Do I have any options other than taking in to TV repair shop? Thank you

The led sensor of your tv is may be damage in this case it must be check in actual testing of the unit, to check if there is dc voltage supplying the sensor or the resistor is damage that limit the dc voltage to sensor. if you are handy in electronic parts I think it is easy for you to check the fault, but if not you should check first the tv if you can remove it's parts because this tv combos has lots of connectors. Or you can contact a service technician to do it for and save you from stress, If you are willing to do it your self be sure to unplug the unit before removing the back cover, and put a label in all connectors that will be disconnected. good day and best regards.

Why does my Fujitsu ductless AC turn on by itself and without me using the remote control?

You would have to figure out what is sending a signal to its receiver. If no signal is being sent then its the signal then it may be the receiver(board) in the indoor unit. Also, other remote controllers for, TV, fans,ps3 or ps4, DVD player, dish ect... have the potential to interfere. I've had/seen a Hunter ceiling fan turn a window unit on 5 mins after you turned on the ceiling fan. Of course the customer was hard to convince. If you want, try removing all remotes to the other side of the house. That's the cheapest thing to try. You can check all wire terminals and grounds to ensure they are tight. Other than that? Work safe!

The colours on my tv screen are all green and distorted can you tell me what the problem is its a samsung and its only 2 years old

YOU MAY HAVE CONNECTED THE RECEIVER TO AN INPUT ON THE TV THAT IS INCORRECT FOR THE SIGNAL OUTPUT FROM THE RECEIVER.

GET YOUR TV BACK ON THE CORRECT INPUT OR CHANNEL...CYCLE YOUR TV THROUGH ITS INPUTS BY...PRESSING THE INPUT, SOURCE, OR TV/VIDEO BUTTON ON YOUR TV REMOTE OR THE TV ITSELF.

IF THE PICTURE IS NOT RESTORED, CHANGE YOU TV TO CHANNEL 3 OR 4 USING TV REMOTE OR THE TV ITSELF.

IF THIS IS A 2ND TV, TUNE YOUR TV TO CHANNEL 60-73 USING THE BUTTONS ON YOUR TV REMOTE OR THE TV ITSELF.

ONCE YOUR TV PICTURE IS RESTORED, PRESS AND RELEASE THE SAT MODE BUTTON ON YOUR REMOTE TO ENSURE YOU'RE IN THE PROPER MODE FOR CONTROLLING YOUR RECEIVER.

YOU CAN ACCESS YOUR FEATURES, SETTINGS ETC, ON YOUR MENU BUTTON ON YOUR TV REMOTE.

HOPE THIS HELPS!

My remote control simply stopped working altogether. I changed batteries 3 times(and verified the batteries were good). The dvd/vcr controls on the player itself function properly. I cleaned the remote...

If it is a universal remote not branded to the tv and the batteries went dead or are out for too long then the remote lost the codes and needs to be reprogramed!

Lost the direct TV signal to the TV when nephew pushed a button on the remote (he doesn't remember which button) The other TVs in the house receive signals per usual.

Your nephew must have pushed the "Input" button on the remote. The TV is now looking for signal at a different input.

On the remote, press the input button until the TV switches back to the correct input. Make sure the satellite receiver is turned on so when the TV lands on the correct input, you will know it.

I have a WD62825, it lost power while watching. There is power at the plug in.

Is the grreen light on?..or can be switched on via remote? Plug it out then back in. Green light flashing? If so...you have lost input signal or the tv has reset itself to another input (non functioning). Use Remote to set input (via Net Command) to functioning signal. If the Green light NEVER comes on...it may be major system failure. Be sure remote is set to "TV"
