Impossible to write and read a sms.

Hi,

I suddenly cannot read my sms. In the sms inbox, I can see the main title and the sender's name or number. Once I click on the message I want to read, nothing appears, the page is white.

When I want to reply or write a new sms, the page is white as well. Impossible to specify the receiver and/or to write a message. No access to keyboard, nothing!

The same problem occurs for all other messages actually. For example I can neither wirte or read my emails.

Hi, shanghajib,

I think unistalling some software has caused this trouble. Re install that software to solve issue.
If you still have issue u can hard reset your phone by seeing in User Manual

Make sure you back up all important data from your phone on your pc using activesync

Unopened sms in my inbox

It seems your message box is full. delete all the messages from sent box first to clear some memory. Then try to see if you can get the unread messages.
